In an effort to keep friends and family informed as to what is happening in Kingman in regards to my racing and training I am going to make an effort to keep this site updated once a week.
Today we are preparing to leave for Lubbock, Texas where we will take part in the Buffalo Springs 70.3 half Ironman on Sunday the 29th. Check out the ladies as they are all dressed up and ready to go for their big dance on Sunday. We are also renting a Mini Van to drive which will hopefully make the ride more comfortable and allow us to get out and stretch when needed.

Looks as if we may have cooler weather then in years past, I was hoping for 100 degrees and 40 mph winds to make it mentally tough! But I am sure that the course and competition will proof to be tough enough.
