What a great workout we had today! There were 6 people for the 2nd track workout, and a good workout it was. Chris, Zack, Tim, Kim, Ran and I all completed the work out. We did a mile warm up followed by 4 400's with 200 recovery in between, followed by 2 800's with 400 recovery, all at our individual T-pace. Everyone did great, just a warning, watch out for Zack he is going to be an animal! First track workout and he was running with me, not that I am that fast or anything, but watch out!
